Onboarding

In order to use the API you will need to have completed our brief onboarding process first. This will involve a chat with one of our technical team to make sure we understand your use case and expectations, and to discuss any further requirements you may have. This also helps us familiarise ourselves with your application so we can provide better assistance and support along the way.

This is also a great time to discuss any needs you have around branding, custom domains, or any additional commercial requirements.

Sandbox API key

Once your onboarding is complete we will issue you a key to our Sandbox API. This will allow you to test the API in a safe environment without interacting with real banks or money.

Application Review

Once you're happy with your integration in our Sandbox environment you can apply for Application Review. One of our technical team will run through a series of test scenarios with you and ensure your application is ready for production. We will share the scenarios ahead of time so you know what you are working towards and there are no surprises down the line.

Congratulations, you're now ready to go live and start making Open Banking payments! 🏆

Custom Branding and Domain Setup

If you had previously arranaged for custom branding or a custom domain we will set this up, ready for your app to launch.

Production API key

We will issue you a key to our Production API. This will allow access to our live API and you'll be able to make Open Banking payments!
